Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales of lab-tested urine drug tests are considered final, except in cases of defect, damage, or shipping error.

We stand behind the quality of our products and will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.

Returns

Because our products are medical and hygiene-related items, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

We will accept a return only if:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In its original packaging

 

Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund to your original payment method, depending on availability and your preference

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

 

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used test kits

  • Incorrect usage or test interpretation

  • Change of mind

  • Failed or unexpected test results

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item and packaging

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error
